Guttorm Glomsås is a visual artist and photographer based in Bergen, Norway. Working with photography, sculpture, and installation, his practice explores material processes and the entanglements of nature, industry, and human activity. His work draws on chemical processes, industrial histories, and ecological transformations, often taking shape through experimental and process-based investigations.

His recent work focuses on landscapes transformed by infrastructure, labour, and industrial development, and the ecological and political relations embedded in these processes. Working primarily with photography, he combines documentary observations, staged photographs, and serial investigations to examine how landscapes are shaped, represented, and understood. Central to these investigations is the role of photography in producing knowledge and influencing how landscapes are perceived and managed.

Alongside his artistic practice, he works as a photographer, documenting exhibitions at Kunsthall 3,14 and Nye Bokboden, as well as undertaking commissions for artists and cultural institutions.
